Wow! This looks interesting. It implemets all the design aspects of current SE phones which could make it real. And the background is from the SE K700i commercial which is also interesting.
I dont know, but i have a funny feeling that this might turn out to be true! Nevertheless we shall wait for a confirmation!

I agree. It looks like it has been put together from parts of other handsets. It is not well proportioned at all and doesn't even look symmetrical. (I will die if it is real ha ha).
If that was a publicity shot then surely they wouldn't have a guy holding a handset by the screen end in order to take a picture. Doesn't say a lot for the type of person who buys SE.
Plus, I sort of think SE is quite good at keeping new models under wraps.

Per a very good source Gaurav311, this is what he said when I ask about the phone:
rraz9228, this is older proto, 1.3mp camera, modified higher end k700 (not k/f900, they will call this one K800 according to more recent source). for business i mention this one earlier. it does look much better in reality and camera quality is very good, the front part is glossy as seen on some nokias like 8310 and looks good. It won't be released on its own, much more will be shown. They are expected to show these within days from now, along with Z800 (generic V800). SE name changes are frequent however, cannot be certain, should find out soon.

Either gaurav hasnt a clue what he is talking about, since the picture of the phone has FAKE written all over it, or we might be in for some big news these coming days
One thing is for sure, there seems to be a lot of activity today surrounding possible new releases (kind of like when SE announced the P910,Z500, K500) so a presentation date may be imminent

Gaurav is a very reliable source so he knows what he is talking about. based on how he said in describing the phone, he seemed to have seen the phone for himself. he even said its an old proto, so he probably seen it a while ago. how can you say that "the picture of the phone has FAKE written all over it". If you are refering to what most have said about picture, most of them are just giving their opinion but not based on facts.

with all due respect to guarav, i think the phone is a fake. Like many have said, it's a photoshop of various se phones as well as of siemens s65 (especially the bottom part at the back). and i don't think se reuses older designs. they always come up with something original each time.

you have to remember, Gaurav said that this phone is an old proto. its posible for SE to change anything on it. if they were able to change the memory of K700 in a short time, they can change things on this phone cause as Gaurav said this is an old proto. all we can do is wait and see.

The black K700 that someone photoshoped and posted here was better so I doubt this is real.
At least I have nothing to worry about the latest se in Egypt is the T230 or the Z200. I'm going to get a Z600 so what is it to me if se decides to make ugly phones ?

Course its a fake.. Many people maybe a credible source of information but it doesn't always mean they're right 100% of the time.
Look at the back shot, then compare it to the lines of the phone, its a mish mash of images as others have said.
Old prototype or not, this looks more like a step backwards.

A while back there was a phone that seemed really cool by SE, and it had this touchscreen flip thing, but anyway if u remember it had the same hand with the same position recording the backgrgound similar to what this is doing and the top and everything was the same. That was a fake and so is this.

This is an old old fake. Like someone has already said, it's just buttons from P910i, softkeys from K700i, back cover from K500i, camera shutter from S700i, and front shape from Siemens S65. Also whoever is holding the phone either has tiny hands, or the phone is absolutely huge.
Very obviously fake IMO.

One hell of an ugly phone from SE. If SE cannot improve its design to compete with the likes of new samasung D500 or other major phone manufacturers, I'll never be SE phone user again no matter how good the features may be. No way.
