Does the Nokia 3200 support EDGE?

Some tell me that it does and some tell me it doesn't. Can anyone tell of for sure, i got it in India.

The 3200 doesn't support EDGE. The 3220 does. So does the 6230,6630 etc.

There are two versions of 3200. Old version without edge, and the new one with edge. Check mobiledia for more detailes. :lol:

It does support EDGE, at least in Europe and USA, I don't know if there is a non-EDGE version for the Indian market but it sounds kinda weird.

I guess you guys are confused between the 3200 and the 3220! In the indian market, the 3220 supports EDGE.

In the European market, the 3200 supports EDGE too. it was released a year ago and was one of the first phones in the 200€ class to do so.

3220 is its replacement.
