"Dying" nokia tune ringtone request

The other day I heard a ringtone that started of like the classic Nokia tune, but after a couple of seconds it sounded like the battery was dying and it went slower and "deeper". Really funny, anyone that knows where to find it?

Posted by Iņaki
The tone is really funny. May I also have the midi of that tone? I use T310 that's why wav isn't compatible with my phone. Thanks.

Posted by joebmc
Is there any software to convert it to midi?
Or convert from mp3 to midi as i converted it from wave to mp3 to get it to work on my k700?

If so i'll try and convert it to midi for you guys.

Yes it can be converted. However this depends on the quality of the wave table (place that contains all the instruments) on your soundcard (like it is on a cellphone) some soundcards have an 8mb wavetable or higher. Many tools can be found on the net. But I'm behind a business pc which has poor quality midi.

who wants to be so sweet and convert the wav to mp3 or midi? Thanx a billion!

Posted by dan173
A Mega Thanks, guys!

Posted by marlonxp
midi version yet?

Posted by vineet_d
@joe: got the mp3 version thanks a million dude.

What I would like is the original tone, without the fading and explosion, so I could put together a signal that will do the original tone first a couple of times, then go in to fade and explode! Anyone with the complete nokiatone in mp3 or wav?

Gosh,that's so sweet...thanks anyway..

To those who want to convert a wav or mp3 to midi: It`s impossible! Midi is based on notes while mp3/wav is just a recording. Thats why you can never get you voice in midi unless you sample it but then everyone would have to have that same player with that sample installed. To explain this easy: midi is your car and wav/mp3 is a picture of it.

Also really want this in MP3. Has any one noticed the K750 wont play WAV's? Well mine wont anyway and i thought it was supposed to!!!

There's a link to the MP3 up, fellas.

Hello everyone,

I stumbled across this forum thread on google while looking for the 'dying nokia' ringtone. I can't find it anywhere online and I was wondering if one of you good people would mind sending it my way? I have a Sagem MY x-7, so it will support it, I think. Sorry for my ignorance - I just like the tone!!

Thanks in advance,

Tedi

Tranquil,

Thanks for replying - I really appreciate it. I'm going to give it a go - but if I don't know what I'm doing (a distinct possibility), I may contact you for some one-on-one tutorial, if you don't mind. Thanks again!

Hi everyone,

I have a remixed version of Nokia tune (MP3), and if any of you want it I can share ithere but I cannot post it here right now, since I use Pocket PC.

I'll post it here later today.

Please stay tuned here...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How can I upload this Nokia tune here? Is it possible to upload? I didn't see any upload feature here.
I also have the original Nokia tune in MIDI file format.
If there is no chance to upload both MIDI and MP3 files, please
contact me in private to request the files, at:
