If the SMS/MMS or AREA tabs greyed out in the control panel? Your INDEX file in systemmail fils might be corrupted!

For that you must replace it..

1.)Extract a working INDEX file from an old backup: use WINZIP for backup created using PCSuite older than 2.0, else you'll need Backup Inspcetor
2.) Use PCFileManager from Epocware to delete all contents of systemmail folder (WARNING! YOU'LL LOST ALL YOUR SMS/MMS/EMAIL!!!) (see above post for explanation about accessing system files), and then put your old INDEX file into Mail folder.
