Z200 is cheap, no cam but unfortunately also no java. Looks good though IMO...

LG 8110 or 8120. They have cams but you can rotate them sothey are under the flip and cant take pics.

Some companies dont allow cameras in the workplace, but its hard to find a good quality phone without a camera these days.

The only problem is that a camera phone is waaaaaaayyyyyy outta my budget.....plus the police here in saudi arabia are starting to confiscate em'.....i dunno why.....the thing is the ability to take pics of anyone without any problem IS A BIG PROBLEM.........get it???....

Why don't you try Siemens SL55, or maybe S/M55. They're cheap, have Java, NO CAMERA, colour display. If you need something newer I can recommend you SE T230

The LG? Yes they are. The SMALLEST 3g phones on the market! I like LG, give them a while and they will ROCK!! They have the basis for very good phones.
