@Tilly,NEPA is lenient in ur area.In our own case,they seize power all day &remind us only once wth a flash wch lasts about 2 or 3 hrs after midnyt.At d end of every month they send us a bill of wch I dont wher they read it.

Even if it was possble to achieve something with that, it would be anarchy, as all 120m Nigerians will be filing, myself included! I have lost a TV, cell phone, deep freezer & more to NEPA. Thanks AYA. Do you know a forum or somebody in Lagos were I can have information or check my dig. camera Trust 910Z, if I put new batteries in the camera he displays always "change battery". Batteries are Duracell and I checked them by myself they are OK. Sorry to bader you!
