Well ive played around with the 6230 and i think you would love that phone...and i have mainly heard bad responses to the 7610 so i would suggest 6230.

What bad tings? 7610 seems to have alot more on it than 6230..also the 6230 ive heard it has bad quality pics ? The 7610 has a megapixel camera etc

@miss uk - Speaking from my experience, I'll totally go for the Nokia 6230 here my friend! I'll even go with that when compared with the SE K700/i fone model . . . The only and only adavantage the 7610 has is it's upgradable memory card slot, which the 6230 has as well !

I don't have to upgrade till end of January yet.. i'll probaly go for that... my mates having the 6230 so I can nick it if I don't like the 7610

i played with both fones quite a bit, and i would go for the 7610,

I read a review from an English (England) Electronic mag T3 on the 7610 it said that the screen is only in complete focus when looked at from an angle. When looked at face on the picture/images seem blurry. If only the phone had Infa Red (I need that for my Clie) I'm having a toss up between the 3660 and the K700 does that seem like a bad comparison ??!!
I want a phone with Bluetooth AND Infared Why is Nokia picking one or the other with the exception of 6260. And it has to be sexy too.

@sunnbuzz - Looks like you're from Manila mate . . . Well, honestly I did not have those Nokia 3650/3660 ones as part of my collection, as I did not like the fone's structure at all - looks like a vcr/tv remote control dude! Well, I guess you better go with the SE K700i here, if it's still a Nokia you are craving for, why not contemplate on a 6600? Good Luck . . .
@miss uk - So, what have you thought of right now? Btw, have you ever encountered a Motorola V400? How does it differ from your V600 back then sweety?

The keyboard on the 7610 is crapola, if you do a lot of texting, its a bad layout, not 'natural'

JN v600 was my worst phone i never got to use it properly it aways gathered faults! :-) fatreg im not buying im gettin a phone for free on upgrade :-) the follow up to the 6600 looks good bet it will not be free tho :-l i'll just wait and decide after jan theres no rush yet!

If the topic starter wants a phone for mp3, then go for the 6230. 7610 does not have stereo sound, and therefore the sound is crap. If you want a phone with good cam go for the 7610. It also have Symbian OS. Thats a big advantage.

6230s camera is just average huh? Surely the 7610s pics are quality? The keypad dont look that awkward to use as jn has said theres others around that r worse! Im just gonna wait the best always come to those whom do!

Picture the 6600 slimmed down w/ 1.3 megapixel camera and you get the 7610. The 6230 looks nice but I think that's it. I've played w/ both prototypes (STRESS the word prototypes) and I didn't like the 6230. The center 4 way keypad sucked big time!!!

I have a 7610 and the keypad is a bit annoying but you get used to it after a few days. The camera quality is really good, but isn't great at night because there is no flash. Also, I can't get MP3's on my phone because the software is pretty crap. But even with all these problems, I am still very impressed with the phone.

i'd suggest u'd stay away from the 6230, its got an awfully small display and it can play only .3gp qcif files or something. so if u try to play any other .3gp file, the phone restarts!! which i found really annoying on my friend's phone.

6310i :-D tryed to get 1\\2yrs ago bit outdated now! ;-) any1 any ideas how much that 6630 will cost on o2 and when its available im very spoilt for choice atda mo.. My mates having the 6230 in december i'll try it out then, dunno bout the k700 btw 6630 looks nicer than that :-) i'll just have to wait and see whats around january phones come and go ;-)
