Help with Sharp GX20 AMR Format

I tried to play .AMR files in my Sharp GX20…I’ve used the software which came with the phone to upload one .AMR file to it. But the file is saved in the MY STUFF à SOUNDS of the telephone…is there anyway I put this kind of sound format files in my Mylodies ? so that when I receive a call, the phone plays this AMR file ?
