Changing the Shutdown screen of K700i

I got my K-700 and I don't think it's branded truely...
I can use any SIM in it also different carrier.

But somehow on the display settings I cannot find the Shutdown screen, I do found however the startup screen.

I would like very much to change the shutdown screen to fit the startup, does anybody knows operator code or something that gives back the SHUTDOWN Screen option to the display settings menu?

No u can't change the shutdown screen even though u can change the startup.

Which shutdown do u have? o2?

VodaCom Shutdown screen - It's a South African Carrier.

Is it something blocked by the carrier?

It is in the firmware so the only way to get rid of it is to get original SE f/w
