or if you're not gonna buy any program,to,convert you could always try MS paint (standard on MS windows pc's)

You can also download a POowerToy for Windows XP that resizes images, have a Google search!

Thanks man..... I had this powertoy on my computer all along.... never used it...... it became useful now...... I didn't know it was that easy
