Do you have WAP settings & E-mail setting correctly entered in your phone (which ever phone that is?)

Can't help on the email side, but it's wap.esatn.com www is the website not designed for phones. Mobile.esato.com is the html live version me the forum and will work on your phone.

The problem was the setup,, it was on Vodafone and i changed it to vodafone GPRS,,,, sorted it fine.. thanks for the help
