Email on Z600 not working

Despite correct settings email is not working on Z600 gprs . Finding server always on the screen. Please help.

Are you using GPRS? If so are you using a wap data account to try to connect to your email servers?

if so this will most likely be the cause as you need a full internet GPRS data account to do that

if yuo are using dialup (to a telephone number) it maybe that you require an entry for the DNS server setting

generally you won't have any success using a wap GPRS data account to send and receive mail.

you will have to chat with your operator about setting up a full internet GPRS data account

I've never really understood the difference but have always assumed that wap connections have some sort gateway limitations

U can see the attachments on pc,not on ur phone.
