Problem transfering mp3's and Videos to my K700i

Hi everyone ,
I just baugh a K700i and the cable USB Cable DCU-11 to connect my phone to my computer. I already installed the PC Suite cd. I can transfer images to my phone but i've been looking for houres now and i just cant find a way to transfer my mp3's ore my videos from my pc to my phone. I thaught it might go with file manager wich comes with PC Suite but i just cant find that programm althaugh i installed it 3 times.
when i go at my sony ericsson document in my program files i open the File manager document but there is no .exe in there . Can anyone help me ? thanks alot Dynax

this may be too obvious, but you have installed the usb cable drivers haven't you. they're not included on the data suite disk
