I had T-zones since the beginning of the year and everthing from Opera, to checking email to using Agile messenger were working fine, then I cancelled the service about two months ago. I decided to use it again so I called the T-Mobile Monday (about 48 hours now) to activate it for my account. At the time, the rep told me it takes from 2 - 24 hours for activation.
I was unable to connect to anything after 24 hours. I called T-mobile and then talked to second level support, and they told me it may take from 48-72 hours for activation. And then they had to re-send me the configurations. I told them I have not deleted my configurations from before and as far as I'm concerned they are still good. Why shouldn't they really.
Anyway, I was wondering why it would take them 48-72 hours to add the feature back to my account. Any thoughts??
What is the average turn around time for you guys out there, 1 day or more?
By the way, it's been 48 hours and I still can't get online.

Yes, it used to be faster to add T-Zones. I don't know the reason but I just had it activated on a second phone and I was expecting it to be added after about 2-4 hours but my T-Zones didn't work until after about 72 hours.
I would also like to know why it takes longer to add T-Zones nowadays.
???

@amagab,
when did you activate your t-zones? i called t-mobile today and was told that they currently experiencing problems with adding this feature to their customers. it's hard to believe it takes 3 days to do this which appears to be pretty minor unless i am totally off base here.
what's with that?

i activated mine last september, and the problem i had after activation was that i could browse other sites, but not the actual t-zones site.
i think that was a bug that let t-mobile customers get free WAP, and now since they've fixed it i don't know what to tell you...
My t-zones was working within 72 hours though

thank you guys...
so it sounds like the activation does take as long as 72 hours.
