Help with WAP settings on z600 and AT&T

Can anyone help to configure the WAP and MMS settings on a z600 to work with AT&T in north america -- I realize it is not a "supported" phone, but it runs fine -- however, on some websites I get a cannot connect message saying I should check my WAP settings (I can browse the web somewhat, however) -- any advice appreciated.
