MMS from Orange to O2 network

I am having difficulty sending Picture Messages from the Orange network to my friend on the O2 network.

In the past it has taken 24 hours to receive the message but my phone always says that sending was not successful. They always seem to receive the message a number of times, 5-10. But I guess that is because my phone thinks it was not send and keeps trying to send from the outbox.

Anyone else get this?
