T65 and strange hole on below

First of all I want to apologize for my english and just say hello.
So I have problem with speaker in my t65. It's too sensitive.
I found strange hole on below (between two bolts, near the symbol of battery). When I block it by finger, everything is OK and there is no more noise from environment. So can anyone tell me what for is that hole?

Thats the microphone. Covering it is making it less sensitive getting rifd of the noise you are having problems with. I think you can change the microphone sensitiveness in one of the service menus on your phone.
