unlocking 270 - Esato archive

Please help in unlocking treo 270. I have pruchased the phone through ebay and it is locked with tmobile.
I have tried upgrading the gprs version. Gprs has been updated but phone is still locked.
Following are the details before upgrading.

sa 1001310260
firmware rev fix533d093

details after upgrading
