No, it's not. If you change it to a service cable, that will work, but directly, no it won't work.

Use a terminator cable. Yeesh, I've already told you how to unlock the phone.

If you modify your data cable (disassemble it) then you can change it to a service cable, and use it to unlock your T310. But you have to use the "LOG" method, meaning you have to pay about US$10 to get an ID and password to hook up to a remote site.
