come on people. all i want to know is if u like it or not????

my last 3 or 4 digital cameras have been sony, I currently have the T1, and the pictures they take have always been great.

saw this one in dixons duty free the other day and it seems to be smaller than the previous models using the same styling (P10, P12 etc)

I'd say go for it

Posted by p900 lover
how much was it in dixons duty free?

im due to fly to cypros on the 3rd of august, from gatwick.
i could get it there id its cheaper

@massure were do u usually buy ur digi cams from?

Posted by masseur
I didn't pay attention to the price as I'm not looking for another cam, but I always have a quick look around as I pass through north terminal on mondays and noticed it, maybe moreso because I vaguely remembered one being sold last week in this thread by jiggyjaggy

edit: I usually get them in from US or hong kong on ebay

Go for it mate! Getting that as your first digital camera will let you experience the joy of photography. You'll have all the features you need, and more, to enjoy capturing and creating that "Kodak moment". I have a slightly different Sony camera and love it to bits. Have fun when you get it and share some of your pics us.

What about this camera? DSC-T1 i know it has been mentioned in the thread before, but here's my vie on it:

Its very cheap at £272 from www.pixmania.com

the spec's are very good,

http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/[....]ershot-dsc-t1/36122/fiche.html

the only drawback i can see is that it doesn't have a view finder, but with a 2.5" LCD who needs a view finder?

also as its only £272 you could get a 256 MSD Pro card from amazon for £70.35 which means in total your paying £342.35 which mean you have £7.65 change from £350.

so this is another camera you could look at? but both are very good quality digi cam's

oh and happy birthday when it comes

Yes I do have a F-828.
