i didnt know that the 7610 was also offered for free at smart plan1200 promo. i tot only p900, xda2, treo600 where offered for free. any phones i missed?

I got mine 2 days ago! Nokia 7610, plan Php 1.2K/month with FREE 550 sms and 200 mins. airtime call/month . I made an initial cash outlay of Php 2.7K, Php 1.5K for the unit/fone, and Php 1.2K for one month advance subscription fee 
Better call SMART's hotline (02) 888-1111 when still in doubt

all i was saying is that smart was offering the 7610 FREE for the plan 1800... of course you can get it at another plan but you would have to add cash...

yup, 7610 is offered at plan 1800 for 3 years...checked with smart ghills and podium. clark27 should be able to confirm this..
