You leave your mobile/cellphone indoors when you're out?
Do you go back for it, feeling lost without it or do you not bother about it?
I personally feel lost without my mobile. :S

i try to take it wherever i go. However, if i forget it it doesnt bother me too much. what i'm trying to say is that i can live without it..... for a couple of dayz....maybe...lol

i go back and take it.

Posted by 50Cent
even if it meant like a 20 min journey back??

Posted by Elrond
That depend where I am at the moment and where I go. If I go with my friends it doesn't matter as I have fun and I don't think about the phone. But when I go to the city or to work as soon as I realise I don't have it I go back for it. When I don't go back, then I feel lost without it.

well me being a student i dont make any business calls or stuff like that...its just casual arrangements with friends so it doesnt matter too much

I do what everybody would do (i go back for it).

Posted by Vlammetje
I probably wouldn't even notice it until the point where I would want to make a phonecall. And by that time I am either stuck in traffic or 5 mins away from my destination.... so i wouldn't go back for it. I'll survive just as well

i need my cell phone!

id definitely go back, unlesss it was a 20 minute trip and i was running 20 minutes late

Posted by p900 lover
um it depends, if i was goin on holiday and i JUST got in the cab to go top the airport i would go bck and get it

but last time i went to get my cat from the vets and forgot it at home i didnt realy need it

so it really dus depend on the situation

Posted by Vlammetje
well if I'm going on hols and I'm at the airport i'd probably buy myself a pay and go unit at the destination instead I wouldn't go back.

Gotta say that my phone is listed with 'vital items' such as passport and credit card, i would not easily forget it when i go on big trips

Posted by boto43
It can't happen ! ! ;-)

Posted by DragAzn
I would definately go back and get it.. No matter teh situation, i have gotten so attached it's like a second brain. all my friends and business as well as entertainment...

If you are afraid your gonna forget, get some duc tape and super glue and stick it to your wrist. NOT joking. ...... maybe a little.

I would difinatley go back it. I would be lost without it. I have forgotten a few time though, and have been back for it. You see its not only a phone anymore, its my address book, callendar, etc.

well, i guess i'm not everybody then.

depends actually. if i expect an urgent call for a particular day, i MIGHT go back for it but most likely, i won't.

My cellphone is part of my life!

Posted by arnoldc
i normally would go back for it, or have it delivered to me. but i did survived one day without it and yeah, i missed a lot of sms, including yours GOwin

Posted by Residentevil
If I forget it who cares. The world does not revolve around phones and if it is urgent they call back. I am not a slave depending on an electronic leach.

Posted by brix25
I forgot my phone at home the other day and I just didn't feel right...when I came back in the evening there had been 12 missed calls:(

Posted by Lynx69
I feel naked without my phone. I have it with me 24/7 except for 6 hours on a friday because when we have games at school i have to leave it in my bag and i had my T610 stolen last time i took it.

@Residentevil

It might be quite interesting to find out whether people in Europe and Asia feel the same way about this subject as those in North America where there is less of a mobile culture.

You know how it is when u forget ur watch, u look at ur arm more times than u ever would normally
Its the same with ur phone, u need to make more calls and txts if u dont have it, i wouldnt go out of my way to get it though

Posted by rrojas260
i go back and take it even if I loose 20 mins.

Well, people in the US, at least the ones around me are not that nuts for their phones, unless... my GF can't live without her Z600 and I really love my P900. Must be the SE thing .
Otherwise the younger generation is more glued to their fones than the older generations. So the younger you are the more likely you will go back to fetch your phone when you forgot it. And this concludes post #500

If so, then I have no other recourse but to use my cordless/wireless fone (landline) which has a reception of 150 kms. from it's homebase

a phone with such a range might be a little hard to carry. Usually these phones are big and heavy.

If i would forget my phone i would go back and get it no matter what

Posted by loonee
I will definitely go back to get my phone, If i go out alone. But if i m with my friends, it doesnt matter cos they all have phone for me to use.

Posted by markprimary
I can live without my phone if i'm going to work or going out and I've forgotten it, my phone is BT sync'd with my laptop (Powerbook G4) at home, and my i-mac at work for contacts and calender. Unless I know I need to be contacted by friends if I'm going out then I'm not really bothered, it's good not to be too dependent on technology!

Thats why I have 3, one I leave at home the other at work and the obvious one I carry in my pocket....Cant go wrong that way.

Posted by tom_riddle
i would go back and get it. on a case to case basis that is.
