HSCSD configuration of Z1010 (Vodafone branding)

The SE Z1010 is capable of etstablishing HSCSD connections - but with my new Z1010 I neither get a HSCSD connection nor a simple CSD connection working.

The mobile has a Vodafone branding - is this the reason? GPRS is working fine, but that is very very expensive.

Does anyone now special INIT-strings or other tips to get HSCSD working?

(Technical Details: Windows XP, Z1010 modem driver via Bluetooth, Dialing aborts with NO DIALTONE. Trying to dial with a terminal program and using AT commands gets also a NO DIALTONE response.)
