O2 (contract) GPRS problems

Hi there,
Purchased a phone on O2 Online 100 minute tarrif a few months back. However about a month ago I lost my phone, and have had to have the SIM barred and a replacement sent. Have since managed to get a replacement T610 as well. However since recieving my new SIM card I have been unable to get GPRS or MMS working on the phone, I've downloaded the settings from the O2 website for both GPRS and MMS.

However when I try and connect, I get a message saying "GPRS paremeters not supported" shortly followed by "Communicatoin error, try again or contact your WAP service provider". I have contacted O2 by e-mail on a number of occasions and they have confirmed GPRS is activated on both my phone and tarrif. they are now telling me to call their 50p/min line :/ The blue triangle in the top left of the phone is blue.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Here are the settings i'm using for the WAP profile and the data account. I've been downloading the pay monthly ones.

WAP Profile
Connect Using: O2 WAP GPRS
IP Adress: 193.113.200.195
Homepage: http://wap.o2.co.uk
User ID: o2wap
Password: password
Security: Off
Pictures: On

GPRS Data Account (O2 WAP GPRS)
APN: wap.o2.co.uk
User ID: o2wap
Password: password
IP Address: ...
DNS Adress: ...


Recently tried getting the settings from the SE site, with no success.
