T610, T-Mobile(uk) - SMS barred?

I have a T-Mobile sim in my T610, when i try to send a SMS message i get a box pop up sayin "SMS barred". The service centre number is fine and i can send SMS off another phone with the simcard.

yeah i had exactly the same problem with t610 & t-mobile also there a certain mobile number that it wouldnt let me send too half the time, Can usually fix it by taking battery out and putting back in. Can't remember hat firmware but it was the one before the most current. Phoned t-mobile they didnt really care! Am with o2 now and their customer service is pathetic but my K700i from the O2 shop did come unlocked which is a bonus!

I would suggest that you phone T-Mobile and ask them to sort it out for you.
