Housing is relatively new, i had the entire housing replaced both front and rear (Silver part and front cover by semicon) except the antenna and flip around May'04 and installed a screen protector.
comes with box & manual, the cd is broken though, but still intact. I can burn you a copy of the sync files for the PC. also a generic desktop charger

... oth ... if now one does get the unit ok lang .. the t39m is a good unit .. minus MMS and colored screen ... its really a great phone compared to most units available now.
