SE will send them to you by text message. Go to their website, go into the support area and you will find an area where you can ask for the settings to be sent direct to your phone. The text message will automatically install them for you.

Orange only have gprs internet settings. They are no longer a dial-up isp. You will have to use another
Unless you mean dial-up WAP settings. On the se website you can send these to yourself.
