O2-UK Dial-up WAP Access Question

Can anyone tell me what the Dial-up WAP Access telephone number should be for O2-UK contract phones?

Mine is set to +447712927927 and should be included in my free minutes, but they're charging me for it.

It's under Connectivity > Data comm. > Data accounts > O2 WAP GSM >Phone number in SE phones.

It should be free on that number or the number 915000.

U can get o2 to text u the settings from www.o2.co.uk maybe they updated to a new number etc?

If they still charge u i would get hold of there customer services dept asap and have a rant m8

I've had the settings sent to me and it gives me the +447712927927 number. I've also called customer services 3 times in the past week. They agree I shouldn't be charged for the calls, but don't know why I am.

They've promised to refund the money and said they'd pass the details on to the Data Services Team to make sure I'm not charged in the future, but 1.5 weeks later and nothing has changed...
