HBH-65 talk time with T610/T616?

I am using an HBH-65 with a T616. I am only getting 40 minutes of talk time. Is that how it is supposed to be? Is there anything I can do to increase the talk time? I can exchange the unit for another one, but I won't bother if I'm getting the expected performance. Most folks said 90 minutes and the box says 2.5 hours. 40 minutes seems pretty weak.

Forty minutes in parts. I drive in to work and talk some then. Then I shut it off and leave it in the car. It dies on the drive home. Less than 40 minutes talk time according to the call timer on the phone.

Unfortunately 40 minutes sounds about right. That's what I get with my T616 when talking nonstop.

On another note, I was told that my voice sounded better using the T68i instead of the T616.
