I think there's 2 models, one with 6 diods and one with 1 larger diode.
I'm looking for the 6 diode one.

I don't the the one with 1 LED was produced, just a prototype.
The one with 6 LEDs is 'Phone Flash MPF-10' & it's great. I got one from Phones4U so they may still have stock. I've also seen them at CPW
