Does any one know if it is possible to send an Email attachment using GPRS, i have a nokia 7650, and want to email pictures that i have taken with the phone, i have a dial up connection using freeserve, but i was wondering does anyone know if you can send an email with an attachment using GPRS.

My phone also has the function of an image uploader, but i think this was to be used with the now defunct club nokia picture store,

Any Ideas?????????????????????????/

It's possible thru the e-mail client software in ur phone. Call ur provider cuz he has to active ur account and send u the settings in order to send ur pix.

Yep

Just put the email account through GPRS instead of dial up/wap. I don't know how it does it but it is still able to find your mail servers.

It's possible, but I wouldn't advise it.

You'll be at the mercy of GPRS charges, and if it's a fairly large photo, then you'll never be sure of how much it'll cost to send photos, untill your bill arrives.

My advise, is to send it via MMS. You can sent photos via MMS to e-mail addresses by simply putting in an e-mail address instead of a telephone number. You know then, you're only going to be paying for the price of an MMS message.

Everything is possible over GPRS... You must decide what´s better for you... MMS or e-mail...
