Cannot download my private logos!!!

Hi, hope someone can help me out here, I cannot download my private/uploaded logos from wap.esato.com/
I can access esato T68 logos, and download all the general available logos but when I try to download my own private/uploaded logos it asks for my username and password which I give but that is as far as i can go, just keeps repeating itself then, asking for my username/password even after i click on "login". Can anyone suggest anything please? thank you,
