The portuguese operator, Optimus, is still giving free the connection to GPRS via the Portal Zone (Optimus Homepage). This promotion lasts since August 2003, and every month itīs beeing prorrogated. This is a great notice to all portuguese users and definitely a great operator...
The other 2 operators from Portugal (TMN and Vodafone) are charging GPRS since February, at high prices, wich is bad for the consumer.
