T630 Unlocking problem - Esato archive

Hi I know I can unlock this phone with the individual code from the service provider, but for some reason they wont give it to me!!!

Now I have software USB div v1.3 & dongle cable, so I believe I should be able to do it mysef, but it dosn't seem to work?

Can anyone give any tips or walkthru on how to do it?

Of course they wont give u the code, why should they? In case u made a contract, u are supposed to use their network.

I'm not on their network! I brought the phone in italy it's on TIM, moved here and thought I might be able to open it up to all networks as I cant use TIM in the UK!
