problem: there are 30 frames per second even when you see that it is 15fps... the reason is that after some seconds each frame is recorded in the video TWICE... as the result .. you get an actual 15fps per seconds but the player (every player capable of showing fps) still says it is 30fps..

Yes it looks like it may have been faked by US gov but still those were risky actions by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. They are lucky they wernt blown out of the water. Americans must have been more nervous to be honest given what it could have meant if they fired.
