Maybe, perhaps it has someting to do with your PC's Internet Options Settings . . . . . about it's 'cookies' if I may presume ??? I've experienced almost the same fate a couple of months back, and I just made some 'minor' adjustments with the said suggestion.

like jojo mentioned, it could have something to do with your cache and cookies. clear your browser's cookies and cache then try again.
