The rates are more or less the same (bet 25c - 75 c/Kb) as some charge per blocks (like 50 pesos per 100 Kb). Ive tried it in Istanbul, Germany, Copenhagen, Amsterdam... Definitely much less expensive than SMSing while roaming!!!
