Jaise, you can also mention the lack of proper information dissemination of Globe to its very subscribers... I can furnish you with documents and announcement that run contrary to their practice.
Sana nga matanggap ka so you can make a difference.
Posted by ferrarista44
@dlreyes- that would fall under marketing, and they did admit na kulang ang marketing sa pag-info sa mga consumers.

Manila Times
Don't surrender license, drivers told
Drivers who violate traffic rules will no longer be required to surrender their licenses by the end of the month, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said on Saturday.
Instead, drivers are free to go as soon as they are issued traffic violation receipts.
The new system is part of the MMDA's "no contact apprehension" program designed to enforce the traffic rules without obstructing the flow of traffic.
Executive Director Angelito Vergel De dios, chief of the MMDA-Traffic Operation Center (TOC) said the new system would be implemented before the end of the month.
Under the scheme all drivers both private and public that committed a traffic offence will just be issued a TVR without confiscating their driver's license and they will just pay the corresponding fines in any Metrobank branches nationwide.
MMDA acting chairman Cesar Lacuna appealed to all drivers who have been issued traffic citation receipts to settle their unpaid fines to avoid further inconvenience.
Lacuna said if the traffic offender failed to pay the corresponding fines on the date specified in their TVRs they will have to pay additional fines plus their vehicles will not be allowed by the Land Transportation to be registered.

Posted by ferrarista44
@jepaz- yun NSS head, responsible for the GSM part for site blocking, is using SE P800. yun iba di ko pansin. most big bosses there use P800,P900,N9210/i.
Posted by 619
ferr.. can you tell that NSS head na kups sya... coming from me.. il sms you these words and show it to that NSS headless person
Posted by ferrarista44
@619- they even had no idea na the paid APN still couldnt access some sites before (dunno if ganito pa rin now). they asked me if it was my opinion, sabi ko it's a fact and the worse fact is they've lost a good number of subscribers switching to Sun and Smart coz of that faulty access.

Then i'll make a difference in their marketing dept... In 5 yrs time
Posted by ferrarista44
@kath- pwede! that would mean head na ko somewhere.
Posted by dlreyes
And I would still be the ever complaining client... A role I have assumed 10 years ago when Globe started its GSM operations.
Posted by ferrarista44
@dlreyes- service providers need complainants to determine customer satisfaction.
Posted by jepaz
@ferr, re: asan na mga tao
Di kaya kasi after what you told in your panel interview yesterday about sites still inaccessible....ayun parang ayaw na naman maka-connect.
Buti na lang may Opera.
Posted by ferrarista44
@jepaz- i doubt naman.
cant even open Globe wapsite with built-in browser..
