Z200 and Tungsten E

I just got an Ericsson Z200 and tried using the irDA to transfer address book contents from my Tungsten E. I keep getting "This operation is not supported error" on my Tungsten E and
Invalid data in received item on my Z200. Anyone knows how this works?
