HELP. Anyone has a Nike mp3 player?

Hi, I have a problem with my Nike mp3 player, and I was told that the errors it had, could be fixed by downloading the firmware upgrade; but I just can't seem to find the correct fw upgrade, so if anyone has gone through this and could help me, I would really appreciate it!
