Isidro Mejia, 39, was working on a California site when he slipped and accidentally triggered a nail gun.
Nailed ... six times
He was airlifted to hospital, where doctors who took these snaps feared for his life.
But after five days of delicate surgery the nails were removed and Isidro is now expected to make a full recovery in the city of Lancaster.
As his wife and family prepared a massive celebration last night, a hospital spokesman spoke of the miracle.
He said: “The neurosurgeon could not believe Isidro lived. With injuries like that, he should have been dead.”

Was he waving the gun around as it was shooting "accidentally"?
Smells like hoax. You can lie your skull down and put some nails under your head and it'll look like they're inside...

I don't know how exactly he managed to get so many nails into his head but the story is from a reliable source so im assuming it is genuine.Its from a The Sun newspaper article here's the link!
