I'd start with the algarve and work around and up the coast to Lisbon.
btw, going westwards from lisbon you come to the western most point of europe

Right now the weather is very nice! The sun is shinning, but in Algarve you can go to the beach! Itīs the most famous place! And if you like golf, itīs the right place.

I usually go to Algarve too. And near Quinta do Lago. That's a too expensive place for an average portuguese worker...
