Still using the "Mixed Pitch" ringtone from the early Ericsson phones. I have it available still with versions available with timing adjusted for K700 and P800/P900/P910 (not tested on P900/P910 tho) and soon as I get one, a version for the P990. Get it here:

My ringtone has been Sasha - Xpander (edit) for as long as I've been able to use mp3s as a ringtone to be honest. Works really well, plus it's one of my favourite tunes ever. Win win really!

I use many ringtones
Main is from a french female singer, a crazy one (Brigitte Fontaine). It's a song about zazous (people looking strange, like walking in the streets with a fish instead of dog)
Ringtone for my girlfriend is a sample of our song, from malian singer Boubakar Traoré. Something meaning "if you'd know how I love you, you should love me"
Ringtone for the firemen station (I'm volunteer fireman) is a song from french singer Sacha Distel. It's a kidding song about panic in the firemen brigade in Rio (samba inside!)
Ringtone for sms is a short drum sample.
Sometime I use other ringtones, like Darth Vader's Imperial march, Songs from Manu Chao (Banana, Marijuana Boogie), etc...

I use the Sony Ericsson ring tone. Got tired and really fed up with mp3 ring tones since my days of the k700i and am not going back . Everywhere I turned it was mp3 ring tones and that got to me. Only listen to mp3s via the headset.
