Robust phone have longer lifetime?

Is that true that robust phone have longer lifetime than the others?

What I mean robust here is something like /// R250, Siemens M series, etc.

I come to this question because I was planning to go for Siemens M65 and some of my friend said that this kind of phones last longer than the others, anybody can confirm??? Or have comments?

In general the last longer, look at 8XX 6XX series, lots of people still use them. Then you can look at 3310, dosn´t last to be just a little damp.

Its not the size what matters, more the way of manufacturing. In the past we didnt changed our fones every year.
