Gotta say, the graphics are alot better than Vice City..the speed blurs, the grass, heat waves etc. Plus, when you crash, other cars can get involved in the pile up-great touch that.

Well straight away i tried to swim to 'Vegas'! Swam halfway,then found a boat but got plastered by police boat guns! :-) On a 2nd attempt i aqquired a plane! Halfway over 'Vegas',got shot down by the USAF F16's (or similar) DAMN! LoL :-D

ive just unlocked the part of the game where on the map it shows how much turf you have claimed eg: green= grove st , purple= ballas etc. how many more missions until i unlock san fierro or las venturas?

I went into GAME today and asked about getting a new PS2 with GTA SA and Burnout 3.
They said they'd give me £40 for my old PS2 ( so new PS2 & 2 good games for £104). Not a bad deal then i think. So, hopefully next week i'll be able to get the new slimline PS2, with GTA SA and Burnout 3 !:D
Btw, i heard that GTA SA has poor frame rate.. is this true ?

Does anybody have any idea about the version for the CPU is coming out. Because once you play Vice City on CPU, then the PS2 is ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE for those games. Anyway, I am willing to wait. Why settle for anything but the best?

2 player is shite,believe me. The screen stays in CJ's eyes,imagine tryin to move around as the 2nd player,and u cant be more than about 10 feet away from each other b4 the game tells u ur too far away. R* chucked that option in at the last second! Hope they revise the whole game and release it again,1 poll i read says over 60% having loading probs! :-(

DAVOS SA MONEY MAKING TIPS.
1. go to the top of the big assed mountain on san fierro. make sure that it is between i think 9:00 and 18:00, grab the parachute thats just behind the winnabego's. jump on the mountain bike and start the race, but instead of following the path back down the hill for the race, head straight for the ramp near the lookout and launch yourself off. because you started a race, if you fall off the mountain it resets you back to the top of the mountain. so launch off and move the joystick so that you start spinning and get an insane stunt bonus, you get resetted back to the top but you still get to keep the money from the insane stunt. my maximum for one stunt was about $450. its a relative cheap way to make some extra cash. be careful though because if you dont clear the side of the mountain you die and you have to go all the way back up.
2. you know the crazy mexican lady that you do missions for, well go to her place and save your game. then jump in her car and go left and follow that dirt path till it meets up with a road where you can see a small town. go into that town and find the horse betting place. go up to the machine and bet all of your money on the horse which has the odds of 11 to 1. you may not win the race but you can load up your game and try again as many times until you do win. luckily for me it took twice for me to go from 22 000 to 250 000+, then it only took one more go to go from 250 000 to 3 000 000+. and its all legitimate money.

this is also pretty cool
in downtown san fierro there is a huge assed building called "big pointy building", the door to get inside this building is open and it takes you directly to the top of it, where there is a parachute. basically you can either base jump off the top and parachute safely to the ground or you can try and land on peoples cars/heads and hear the delightful sound of CJ's legs snapping in half.

EDIT:
Vice City is a bit jerky on mine too, change the settings for the video in the menu to the lowest quality, and close all other programs, even msn messenger.

IMHO i think that rockstar should have stuck with the whole mafia thing for san andreas, instead of going gansta. its porbably because im from sicily, but maybe the next of the series will go back to the mafia style. "GTA :vatican city" or sumthin.

The game said ' between xxx- xxx hours, use one of these trucks to start burgle missions ', but i cant find a black truck anywhere !
