P900 not connecting to USB or Sync Station

Only recently I went to plug my P900 into my pcp and neither the usb cradle or my bluetooth would work, The P900 is detected by the pc but the phone connection link establishes the connection but it can't detect the phone. I have reinstalled WinXP trying to resolve the problem, but to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestion on what I can try to fix it?
