Bluespoon BT headset, worlds smallest

I have just received Nextlink Bluespoon BT headset. The smallest headset in the world.
I had seen this on the internet, but I was still surprised when I opened the box, it is tiny.

Brand new in the box, never used.
Offers around the Ł140.....
