lol you're about 1day late dimitrie
and as most belgians discused on vergelijking.be we can see that its pointless and way to expencive
Posted by bart
so guys who of you will buy a K700 or S700?
Posted by Bianca
I just dropped by in this thread
I want to buy the k700 but i guess not immediately when it comes out
Posted by MaThIbUs
Yeah they'll probably cost way too much for me :-( certainly in the beginning
Posted by bart
K700: 300-400euro
S700: +-500-600euro.
Posted by davyjoos
ok, i am in! :-)
Posted by MaThIbUs
So the K700 will be as much as the T610 was in the beginning. That's some good news!
Posted by Jim
I may sell my Z600 for 300 € and get the T630 for 309 € at Padeg, do you guys think that it's a good thing or not ( didn't see the T630 in real yet )
Posted by Bianca
@jim: the t630 looks great (especially the black one) and i think the z600 is ugly
Posted by Jim
Well the Z600 is ok but I don't like it anymore but the black T630 is only T-Mobile branded no?
Posted by Bianca
I saw a black t630 without branding on an english site and here in the netherlands i saw it on vodafone.
Posted by Jim
Yeah but with Belgium you know ...
Thanks Bianca
Posted by Bianca
I'll think of the shop where i saw it....
I think it was the english expansys they sell it black and unbranded. If you google you will find pictures of the black t630.
Good luck

Than you should better buy a white one if the white one is so much cheaper.
Posted by Jim
No no I'm talking about the white one for the two shops
Posted by Bianca
the black one costs 282 pounds at expansys. But if you are talking about two white t630's then expansys is way overpriced. Almost a difference of 150 euro for the same phone
By the way: why don't you wait for the k700?

I find it ugly, I really hate that "circle" in the keypad, the Quickshare plastic button ruins the phone and it seems very large, I love the Z500 but only for USA
Posted by Bianca
I actually like the k700 from the moment i saw it. I don't like the s700 i think it is too big. But then the t630 will be a good option for you
Posted by Jim
Posted by Bianca
t68i is still a great phone imo though i must admit t630 is even better. The screen of t630 is much better than the t610, it is brighter.
Posted by Jim
Well she want's a new phone, something like mine because she hates that I have all the poly's, themes, backgrounds in real good quality
Strange the Z600 is 335 € and T630 is 309 € ...
Posted by Jim
Have to go, see ya Bianca and thanks for the chat and suggestions
Posted by Bianca
It's allright. I am going to do something at work again
Posted by Jim
Hey guys, I noticed yesterday that under Proximus I don't have the Dualband Network any more ( maybe many months but I never look at it ), same on all other phone so I guess they removed the cell information ... can any one confirm this ?
Thanks and btw where are you guys, I'm feeling alone here
Posted by Bianca
I am still here, though the other guys are quiet
Posted by Jim

Can I ask you guys from Belgium if you sometimes have the Invalid Mobile message appearing on your screen?
And if yes, which telco you are using?
I am asking because it seems that the message happens when going from one base station (antenna) to the next one and the next one is saturated. So it would resolve to base stations not being able to deal with enough phones because of too big a number of customers (or the base stations not being upgraded when needed). So, does this happen equally with Proximus, Mobistar or Base?
Posted by Jim
Never had such problems on Proximus, it's maybe a software fault or a bad coverage wich I doubt because you live in Brussels so you have the dualband network. Well this is afaik for Proximus, for Base and Mobistar I really don't know how it works with them.
You can allways bring your phone for a software update at Abelsco (takes only 30 minutes) if you have the time.
Good luck

invallid mobile messages. wow now thats strange.
i've had all the networks and i'm now using mobi on T630 and base imode on P800 (proximus to expencive for me).
and in all the years i've been a telecom freak i've never heard of this. it could be that somebody send something strange to your phone, or just a network problem.
how many times does it happen?
and does it happen when your card is in another phone?
do you have all the correct settings?
Posted by michka
It is strange and quite annoying, as it mainly happens when driving or in the train. I know at least one spot in Brussels where I am sure it happens each time I pass by. It happens randomly, sometimes 2-3 times in a week, and then nothing for two weeks.
And what's more, I never have the message when in the US or Canada or France or even at the Reunion Island. Only in Belgium (Proximus) it seems.
It happens more frequently when the signal is weak, but it also happen under 5 bars conditions.
When it happens, I simply switch off the phone and then on again and everything is back to normal... till next time.
I'll have a try at upgrading the fw, and then switch for a new sim. Who knows!
PS: I had the same problem with my previous T39m.
Posted by bart
lol i think your phone is telling you that proximus isn't good
are you flemish or french speaking?
Posted by michka
French, but Flemish ain't a big problem. My daughter lives in Brugge and married a guy there (well, close... Wingene). They own a bread and pastry shop and a tea saloon in Brugge.
