esato-wap-problems, please help

At last I managed to wap onto the site and see my favourites and private jpg....
But my private one will not download and in favourites, it asks if I wanna download, I say yes.... phones is busy for a while then I can't find the downloaded picture....Where does it go...??
Am I doing summit wrong or what.... Oh yeah, and how do you bookmark a page...???
