Username is the same as your (full) email address.
Use 103.113.160.13 as both in- and outgoing server.

Sorry about that i kept gettin an error when i postd i can send pop3 emails only recieve then i get a conectin message then all of a sudden it disconects btw i was given 193.113.160.013 as inconin and outgoin could u use either? And are my internet settings correct?

Still dosnt send i tried sending an email and it said sending message 1 of 2? Then sendin message 2 of 2 then i got the error email message has an invalid "to" "Cc" or "Bcc" adress for this server check the addresses and your account settings
